WSFSSH AT 108th STREET
A 180,000-sf, 11-story building balances five major program elements: affordable housing; permanent supportive housing; transitional housing; community space; and outdoor space for West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing (WSFSSH). Residential floors for 194 units are framed with reinforced load bearing masonry and precast concrete plank. The lower floors are load bearing masonry and structural steel.
