WESTCHESTER MEWS
Two mixed-use buildings totaling 182,000-sf bring more than 200 affordable housing units to Unionport. Both building’s structural systems are reinforced concrete masonry bearing walls and precast plank floors and roofs. The ceiling of the first floor in the Westchester Avenue building is structural steel to accommodate retail space.
