A 130,000-sq ft mixed use building houses retail on the first floor, community spaces on the second floor, 150 residential units on floors three through seven and a parking garage in the basement for 100 cars. The framing system consists of concrete shear walls, columns and beams.  The floors and roof slabs are concrete flat plate.
