SEAN KELLY GALLERY

A new 22,000 sf gallery space at 475 Tenth Avenue in a historic cast-iron 1914 building, the structural features of the fit-out included two new stairways, slab openings, and load capacity analysis of floor framing for cast iron sculptures.
