This new seven-story, 87,600-sf building will bring 123 affordable and energy-efficient senior apartments to a lot between Elizabeth Street and Mott Street in Manhattan. This building will include community facilities and retail space. Solar panels and mechanical equipment will be installed on the roof. This project is designed using passive house design criteria.
