The new Epicerie Boulud Café located in the World Trade Center Oculus includes a kitchen, seating area, and bar. In addition, the project involved the installation of suspended mechanical units and a mechanical platform for a transformer, both requiring structural engineering services and coordination with the design team and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
