The Ace Hotel on the corner of Broadway and West 29th Street in Manhattan was renovated to reconfigure one of the two main stairs on the first floor. Additionally, an investigation and examination of the sidewalk vault framing was done to address and resolve signs of water infiltration at the hotel.
