This 10-story, 170,000-sf facility includes 215 affordable housing units dedicated to families in need of support for mental disabilities. In addition to housing the development will have 70,000-sf dedicated to a community facility for the residents. The project includes recreational space, a fitness center, multi-purpose rooms, program offices, a dining hall, children’s recreation room and more.
