403 EAST 65th STREET – SCA M523 CORE AND SHELL
An existing three-story garage originally built in the 1920s being converted for the NYC School Construction Authority to utilize as a middle school for the Upper East Side neighborhood. The scope of work includes reinforcement of slab and foundation, new elevator, new stair and new openings for ducts, new skylight openings and dunnage platforms on the roof.
