130 Jane Street is a historic, six-story, residential apartment building in Manhattan. The roof framing of this building was not constructed to support the live load required by the NYCBC for occupancy, so an evaluation report was prepared. Further, a renovation of one apartment unit was completed in which an existing roof was converted into a terrace while satisfying code requirements.
